I resigned no 1/11/19. Then received an exit interview letter stating that I was fired,is this legal?
I never had an exit interview. They demanded my cellphone records and I refused and was told that I would be terminated if I refused so I signed a resignment letter on 1/11/19 Turned in all of the company equipment and left.
