I received a severance package and want to receive unemployment benefits. My benefits are being postponed for 6 months (this is the amount of severance I received) I can appeal but need to use the correct wording as to why I should receive them. Any help
Texas - I was laid off on Oct 3, 2017 and just now received a severance pay. My unemployment benefits were postponed for 6 months, due to the severance. I want to appeal. Do I have a case and if so I need to use the correct wording for the appeal. Any help will be appreciated.
