I need to know if I'm being wrongfully suspended from work due to my past convictions after I've already been hired and I was honest about my convictions and everything

I was hired at the Dollar General store after passing my federal background check today I was offered the position of assistant manager 2 hours later my manager had to come to me and tell me that HR said I had to clock out immediately that my County background check came back and that I was on a media suspension until further notice I did not lie about my past convictions I've had no convictions or arrests or charges since 2013 the last three times that I've been arrested in the last year are for back child support for not being able to pay child support because I had a hard time getting a job now that I have a job and I'm on suspension are they going to be able to terminate me because of my past convictions
