I am collecting unemployment in WA and have a question of what is considered self employment
1) I am 1% owner of an LLC that is taxed as a partnership. WA unemployment office is asking me if I am self-employed, and for how long. Is being a member of an LLC considered self-employment?
2) I started working part time for a client 3 weeks ago with the intention to turn it into a employee job. Before
this new client, I put in one or two hours a month for the LLC. Was I considered passive or active after putting one or two hours? I realize I am now active after taking on the new client 3 weeks ago.
