I am currently an active employee in payroll when they need coverage and I help them out whenever I can. I have been with this company for 5 years and 9 months. I noticed I didn't receive a bonus check for Christmas like anyone else. I just changed my full time position to as needed in September of 2016 and my most current payroll check was November 28, 2016. I was told since I am not on a regular schedule and active employee they can't afford to honor my bonus. I'm confused I am an active employee and I am currently active if they need me to work a shift and pass medication to the clients, but if you are a new employee you are entitled to a $50 bonus and haven't worked a full 3 months. I don't get it. All I did was get a new employer and remain available to them.
