I left a company where I underwent some mild hazing. I left as an apprentice after only 7 months. I thought I could leave without notice since I was still an apprentice. I did so and have since tried to reapply for a different position with the same compa
It has been about one and a half years since I left the company and about a year since my last attempt to apply for the new position. I applied two different times for the new position. Since leaving the company I have happened to bump into one particular supervisor who said he was surprised when I left because he felt I was a good employee. I always try my best at any job but due to the hazing I felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave. I do realize the lack of giving notice was a mistake.
