I have worked for a privately owned company in Georgia for 11 years. The owner of the company verbally told me he would pay me for 30 to 90 days or until I found a new job with comparable pay. A few days later he sent me a severance agreement and release
I want a new separation notice that has the same reason for termination as what the owner told me the day he released me. I also want to get paid for at least 90 days or until I find a job with comparable pay like he told me he would do.
