I have worked for 8 almost 9 years as a temp in HR but was told to find a job any help

The policy states I should have worked for 1 year, but my has been renewed every year. I applied for 1 job in my department twice only to have younger women hired. The prerequisite for the job was to have HR certification but later changed to having would be a plus. The first employee did not have and the current employee has (PHR student). I am now being told to find another job by my supervisor and director after they put in for an FTE for me and then was told by supervisor the FTE was obtained but no funding and the director says the FTE was not obtained buy have half of the funding which is the money I make as a temp. I have applied for 6 jobs at this institution but only 5 show up because my original master profile was deleted erasing any documentation of my applying for the HR job the first time. Do I have a case?
