I have neuropathy in both my feet and have had 5 surgeries since august 2016.I'm needing another surgery on my right foot. I have taken std/fmla/ada. I was recently promoted in Oct,2016. I was told my performance has suffered and just placed on a 30 day c
I've been out about 4 weeks for each surgery.. I just want to know my rights, and if I have this another surgery will I loose my job.
