I have been working with my company for 30 years now. I am a non-exempt employee and get paid for my overtime. During the past 30 years i have average between 250-300 hours of overtime per year. Now the company is eliminating overtime which has been a pretty bid constant for my yearly compensation. Losing 20 to 30% of compensation is quite a lot. Is there anything that can be done to try get closer to my actual compensation with overtime? Thanks
