my husband and I provide childcare for our daughter. My daughter was told that we only needed one set of forms because we our married. I am a childcare worker, but of course I do not access my daughter case. they are stating that I should have known that we both should have been doing the forms. I do not think its unfair to loose my job over a mistake. I received another check in February and have not deposited it, since they feel that I am not entitled to it. we offered to have my husband complete the forms, in fact he did and we gave them to our union rep. I have no problem redoing the time sheets and have the checks redone but they are not budging
