I have been employed with USPS as an RCA part time non union member for 9 yrs. I have Kidney stones really bad and worked for 6months in pain before finding out it was my kidneys to the point it was so bad I could lose a kidney. I have had two surgeries in the last month but my problems are still not resolved. I have sent my FMLA paperwork in and gave my post master my doctors note. My question is can I be fired after 12 weeks no matter what my medical condition is?
