I have been accused of sexual harassment by a co-worker that was mad because I would not give her a fork lift license. H&R have found me 95% NOT guilty. Yet I lost 3 days pay and it is now on my record. A 25 year impeccable record. Can I sue them for Defa

I am an operations manager for Reddy Ice Corp, out of Springfield Mo. I have an impeccable record for the last 25 years. A new comp. had bought out Reddy Ice a year ago and the people they put in charge all are friends from another comp. A woman manager (co worker) had to get her fork lift license according to OSHA, I was put in charge of training her. Since I did not giver her , her license because she was not qualified and would not take the time to learn, she went to H&R and filed a sexual harassment claim against me. H&R is doing the investigation and has found so far that I am 95% innocent. Yet I was the one suspended for 3 days without pay. She, the one who filed the claim is friends with the big bosses that run this new Reddy Ice. I want to know if I can sue for Defamation of character and Slander.
