I have been accruing PTO in Ohio in error to the fault of the company. Are they legally allowed to take it away?
Took a demotion to a position that did not accrue PTO until 1 full calendar year. I continued to accrue PTO at a rate of my previous position. I had accrued 80 hours, and all of a sudden they took it all away. Just wondering if this is legal in Ohio.
