I have been a sub contractor and done 8 jobs for them and have not been paid what can I do?
My son has done 8 jobs for this moving company and have never recieved any pay. He keeps being told that the compnay is out of money or that the payroll guy has messed up. It has been a couple of months and he is still not getting any answers. He has Aspergers Syndrome and I believe they are taking advantage of him. I am his mother, he is twenty-one and not seeing these people for who they really are.
