I have an employee who is pregnant and will be giving birth in a few months. She turned in her FMLA paperwork today, and I'm not sure if I should make her actively on FMLA at this point or wait until she gives birth.

I have an employee who is about 4 months pregnant, but wanted to get her FMLA paperwork filled out ahead of time so she has everything completed when it is time to give birth. Should I put her on FMLA now, or wait until she actually gives birth and needs to be off work?
