She was hired on Jan 11, 2016
Was hired as full time employee for 40-55 hours weekly per her request. Yesterday on May 23, 2016 she decided she didn't want to work these hours anymore and decided to go part time at 20-25 hours weekly.
I had already let her use her vacation/sick time (40 hours) since I thought she was going to be a permanent full time employee.
Am I able to have her pay back or garnish her wages for the vacation/sick time we had already paid out? she was definitely not due to receive the full 40 hours yet
