I have a non-compete with my present employer. The company is an OH, IT reseller that sells
Cisco, and HP/Aruba and WatchGuard equipment. The company has lost its reseller level with all the companies. I f I go to a company that has valid reseller levels is the non-compete valid?

Non-compete agreements are valid in Ohio. I'm assuming you're in Ohio. The question is whether the the non-compete is reasonable in duration and geographic scope and is no greater than necessary to protect the employer's legitimate interests. Without seeing the non-compete it's impossible to provide direction or advice. You need to contact an employment for a consultation.
