I had FMLA for a year I followed procedure which is to state FMLA when calling in for your shift. Our manager at the time did not put my call ins in the computer properly. Now we have a new manager who is attempted to put me in discipline for my attendanc

I used 8 FMLA days in the year we are allowed 6 sick call but since they were put in the system wrong our new manager is counting all 8 as sick days and threatening disciplinary action the very next time I call in. How do I fight this since I should really only have 1 actual sick day and the rest should have been FMLA. I am looking for a new job within the company my manager is aware and disciplinary action would prevent a transfer.
