I gave a written 2 week notice. After working all but 3 days of it, my boss called and fired me, adding that ,
I turned in my 2 week written notice on 4-1-16. Today, my employer called me and fired me, staring my services are no longer needed. He added that since I won't be finishing out my notice (3 scheduled days) due to the termination, I'll be only paid minimum wages for all the hours I've worked. Is this legal?
