I filed an unanimous report but everyone said it was not true . A coworker recorded a resident at the nursing home which a nurse (lvn) and cna new about it. Everyone denied it and now I got suspended for leaving work since I left work after my supervisor said it was okay to clock out and they want to give me a disciplinary action which I declined to sign.. is this. Retaliation? Since the Assistant director of nursing retaliating against me after I said that I was scared to confess about the HOPPA violation in front of her since she was going to spread the word and now she is saying that she never said that I could clock out . She also told me that it bugged her what I said in front of the Director of Nursing (about her spreading the word ).
