I did not sign a relocation repayment. I left company and they held my last check stating it was going towards the relocation cost, is this legal?
I was paid 6k relocation expenses, no agreement to repay back, filled out a W2 for that money to be taxed. I left the company 2 months later and they held my check of 2 weeks claiming it was repayment for the relocation money they spent.
