Workers comp cases (s). After being out with doctor excuses was not notified to file for FLMA.
Exsisting workers comp case (s). I submitted excuses and was not informed to apply for FLMA . FLMA intermittent was approved but point still taken under the no fault point system. Employer refused to retroact FLMA days.
