I really didn't have 30 days but as soon as I found out I had to have surgery I asked for FMLA papers the office kept saying they were so busy they couldn't get them ready finally I got them the Thursday before I had surgery knee surgery on Monday the doctor turned them in a day late my employer turned it down because it was a day late now I have to go to therapy and I'm getting points am I eligible for FMLA
