I applied to an open position with a large company. They set in motion the steps to get into next training class, and when I was on the last step they quit on me. I have clear background everything, but no excuse no answer nothing on reason, not email or

I applied for an open position, was informed on the steps needed before I can go to training class, and I did the steps in that week. When I went to the office for the last form, the manager set a time to meet then wouldn't come out. He sent another guy out and that guy wouldn't give me the form I needed to finish my process. I left messages, and emails, and never got a reply. I even contacted their HR contact in email, and she replied a couple times then quit any contact. I have a clean background, as I have been in the security field for years and background has to be clean to get the licenses for that. The only item that I can figure is when on the app. it asks if known by any other name, I answered honestly and put my former name. I am a transsexual, completely passable, and have all paperwork in order, legal name change, and sex reassignment, so my id's say male, my new name is male, if you do not know me from over 15 years ago you do not know. There is nothing else that could of caused such treatment. The manager was rushing me to get permits done so he can clear me for class, and I was following his requests. I filed a EEOC case, and the worker told me they will offer me a job to clear it up, since it will basically make it go away, and now they have. I do not need or want their job now, why would I work with someone that did this? Do I have a case? Do I just throw my hands up and do nothing? I want to know if I can pursue this or leave it alone. This is with Greyhound in Las Vegas, NV. The hiring manager said no background gets done until I finish my CDL permits and physical, I finished permits, but could not get the DOT medical done, as that was the form he was suppose to give me but never did. He (manager) said until physical passes they won't go further, cause it cost for the rest of the steps. Now EEOC has called saying Greyhound wants me to go to the next class. My case worker at EEOC told they would, as it is a game of basically pushing me into a position and then finding a way to get rid of me, or figuring by now (8 months) later they figure I won't take the offer. I have a job now, and one I like, so no I do not want Greyhounds offer, but I still want to go after them for the discrimination item. Do I have a case?
