I am retiring, have 4 employees and sold my business. The new owners aren't sure they want to hire one of the employees. If they don't will I be on the hook to pay unemployment. If they hire this employee and don't keep the person, will I still be on the

All employees signed a document stating they remain an "at will" employee after their first three months. If the new owners hire this person for three months but don't retain the employee can the person still file for a collect unemployment from me?
