Intermittent FMLA should required office hours be different than team and should overtime go unpaid?

I'm a salaried employee working 40/hr work weeks. My team is expected to be in the office from 10-2. But I am required to be in the office from 7-4 or must submit FMLA hours. Also, some weeks I've worked over 40 hours but was forced to take FMLA anyway. Some of this overtime is mandatory on call time, and some is time due to just extra work needing to be done. If I'm working 3 hours extra due to on call issues then miss 3 hours due to my disability from 7-4 I'm forced to use my FMLA hours, which is now unpaid. Is this correct? Should I be held to different hours than my team and should I be forced to take unpaid time when I'm working more than 40 hrs a week?
