I was working as a resident aide in a memory unit. A very aggressive worker told me she would transfer a2-person assist resident to bed. I went to the resident's room to assist and
and the worker became very angry and said she would transfer the resident in a wheelchair by herself. I said to the worker in a polite tone, I will help you, this person is a two person assist. She became very angry with me. I went to leave the residents room to get the manager/supervisors. As I walked out of the room, the other worker flew after me and SLAMBED a very heavy door on me. The next day I called the care center that my back was hurting too much, and that this worker upset me to where I didn't want to come back. My question is. Is this considered assault or neglect of another coworker?
