I am in negotiations with my employer. He has restricted my hours to 16/week, yet states that my loyalties (financially) are to his company only. How am I to make enough money?
I have not had a current contract since mine expired in 2014. In 2015 I took a very part time job at a medspa to be their medical director and some injection work. I had a previous contract that said that my loyalties should be entirely at my current place of employment and also at a different med spa that I was at. I quit the med spa and found another, but did not notify my employer. I figured my contract was over as there is no carry over stated.
