I am from texas, my employer gave me a written warning because I took 9 sick days and they said I did it because I was secretly looking g for a job But I brought a doctor's note and is not true, I felt acussed and harassed. What can I do?
I was accused of secretly look for a job due to have 6 sick days for a back injury backed by a doctor's note. I feel harassed, untrusted and hurt.
This is very unprofessional.
