I am being slandered by my ex boss that I worked for in NY. I moved to D.C. For a new job and my current employer told me said negative stuff about me which I know is false and defamatory. Do I need a ny or dc lawyer to handle this?
My ex boss is slandering me to my new boss. He is in NY and my new job is in DC. I want to take legal action against him and his organization. What state do I look for a lawyer in?
