I am a salary exempt employee my employer states hours will be deducted from my salary for days miss

My 30 day notice was given on 2/9/17 my last day of employment will be 3/10/17. I left work early on 2/20/27 sick. promptly went to the doctor on 2/21/17 and returned to work Friday 2/23/17. I am still an active employee and my paycheck shows I am still accruing PTO hours.
