I am a relative new employee, going on my fourth month there. I started working after training Tues-Sat, n there is this older lady that always gets into this other coworkers face. She works herself up to the confrontations the weeks before it happens by

Now, the older lady had not stopped gossiping about the co worker. The coworker has told me that the verbal attack I witnessed is nothing, the older lady has verbally attacked her while on calls, infront of supervisors, who have only told the older lady to go home. The co worker is scared of the older lady, and the older lady has gotten us all write ups, but the write up I recieved stats that i wasnt clocked in ontime n that I wasnt in queue.i was, and after arguing thepoint they finalized the meeting with, while we understand that you had tech issues, we are still giving you the write up so that " others wont feel as if they were being singled out or unjustly accused. But, I AM being unjustly reprimanded....and the coworker is plain scared to be near the older lady. Is this considered a hostile environment? And, how long can co worker take to formally report all the verbal attacks and confrontations that the old lady kept pushing her to? Can old lady be LEGALLY stopped?
