I am a federal employee. I have approved FMLA for my wife. I got a call on my day off mandating me to work the next day on my day off. I told them I couldn't work because she had a doctors appointment and they're saying that it's not FMLA leave on my day off but an Overtime excusal and they denied it. They then questioned me about it. Isn't that unlawful.
