Was an exempt employee that have my employer 30 day resignation. Abruptly, I was emailed and told that they were waiving my resignation period and that my last day was the next day. Upon receiving my last paycheck, I was only paid for one week , although I still was willing and expecting to work another 2 weeks. Do I have any rights regarding fair pay, when they turned my resignation into termination?
