I am a Supervisor with a company. Employees were asked to do a survey and made false accusations about me and because of those allegations, I am not able to get a raise. Wouldn't that be Considered defamain my character-

I was never written up for the false claims employees said about me. Nor, we're their false allegations proven. I am trying to interview for a new job, and my edited supervisor offered me more money but HR denied due to these false slanderous allegations that the employees said against me.
