I was working for a staffing company out of Iowa. I live in MO. I went to a company that we both agreed needed me. I am a CNA. When I got there the Administrator or DON not sure was rude to me. So I decided that the fit was not good and decided to leave. The woman said if I left I would never be able to come back to that facility again. I got my purse and left. Now the agency has placed me on a Do not book status and HR will not tell me why. Do I have any recourse but to find another job?
