I am 64, received a raise and awards but being denied an opportunity to interview for promotion (have the best qualifications) help
The promotion job: asked my boss 4 times to chat about new job and finally met with me and said: you are not organized. All candidates that have this position are age 35 and under. I currently manage a $540,000. Dept with 3 direct reports.
