How much detail is needed about health condition for FMLA?
Requested block FMLA. Doctor wrote that a prescription was given and listed what job functions I was unable to perform but did not include a list of symptoms or a diagnosis. Employer denied the FMLA stating the doctor must "describe in DETAIL how the patient's condition is causing incapacity to require the team member's time away from work"
