How can I get hard evidence that my employer did not rehire me, because I had filed an ADA discrimin

From 2004- 2009, I had worked for a trash company. I never had any write ups and I was always at work. In Feb. 2009, I had stomach problems which lead to me having to have my third ventral hernia surgery. At my six weeks checkup, I was released to go back to work. Two days before I was released to go back to work my employer had terminated me, because I have had a 25 lb lifting restriction put on me.

Since August 2011, my lifiting restriction was raised to 50 ibs by my surgeon. So, I had reapplied for my old position as a Truck Driver, because the state agency had said I could have had reasonable accommodation if my lifting restriction would have been closer to another employee they were accommodating, such as a 50 lb lifting restriction. My old job came open in February 2012 and closed March 2, 2012. I had applied for two positions and I did not receive a call for an interview or even a letter. I sincerely believe that they did not give me an interview because they assumed I still have my 25 ib lifting restriction and that they are retaliating against me because I had filed ADA discrimination charges and it went through administrative review with them last June 2011, which was dismissed because my lifting restriction was 25 lbs. I am wondering how I can gather the appropriate evidence to show that they had retaliated against me. I would like to have an individual consultation.
