Hospital closure before end of W.A.R.N notice
We are a hospital operated by an investment group. the employees were given 60 days notice of closure which ends April 27th 2019. we were just informed that they are now closing on April 8th 2019 and would not be paid after that date. the hospital is located in Clarksville Indiana. Is the company allowed to close before the end of the W.A.R.N notice and not compensate us?
