Hi - not sure if this is a question you can answer. I've read that a pay cut that is to only the men and not women, or only x race but not others is discriminatory.. If I'm the only woman in the field where I'm working, and no other men are being asked to

Hi - I've read that a pay cut that is to only one gender and not others, or only x race but not others is discriminatory.. If I'm the only person in my company (construction- working and not in the office(there are women in the office)) who isn't a man in the field where I'm working, and no other men are being asked to receive a pay cut... is that discriminatory as there are no other women.. so it is a singular instance?
