Do I have a decent lawsuit or would I just be wasting my time trying to make something out of this

I meet this guy i was homeless he picked me up from the streets and put me to work on the hill helping him grow weed under the table, after about a week he started to be one hell of an asshole and just had me doing all his work, while he is seeing a big amount on harvest. every time he was mean or yelling at me i would bit my tounge and appologize for whatever i did and go back to work and fix what he was mad about. now it was a good amount of work for one person i see why he needed help but after about a month of taking this abuse he and i had a little argument. I was pissed of he placed raw chicken in front of me while i was working he was supposed to be cooking and didn't tell me it was raw so when i took a bite it damn near dripped blood down my chin, so he got mad at me for speaking my mind and he stood up and kicked me in the chest while i flew back out of the chair i was sitting in he came at me again yelling as loud as he could i'm a piece of shit and i'm done i'm fired so after making me wait hours and hours for him to get ready to drop me off back where he found me in Ukiah CA we finally left he did pay me a total of 200$ for a month and a half of solid work all his work he is getting well over 25,000 $ in his pocket thats already there and again in 2 months for his 2nd harvest. now I feel that this guy has crossed a bunch of lines and he wrongfully fired me, never paid me for any hours worked or overtime, i never took breaks or lunches and i was stranded at his property that was over an hour from where he and I first meet, I feel that by him putting hands on me as my boss I have some kind of huge case against at least the business
