Hi I was laid off at Pepsi in February due to warehouse closing I was later rehired thru call back at another Pepsi warehouse I got suspended today for having 6 points because they never took my attendance points away after being laid off is that legal
Points stayed after lay off and rehire shouldn’t my points go away after I was laid off
