I am a teacher my contract required me to take three different test to be licensed in the state of Virginia, however, i took these tests many of times and only passed one but need to pass all three to obtain a license. I was terminated due to not obtaining a license. I was never given a professional letter of termination just a phone call. I applied for unemployment but was denied stating misconduct not obtaining a license. What should I do from here?
