Help me with meeting with HR for harrasment
I turned down a coworker who is married, Our conversations were on snapchat, and I have a girlfriend. She has called me the Black Hercules , and Barbados slim in front of everyone and my GF, due to my height and physique. After she asked me for money to get a lyft home.I let her know that I have a girlfriend, that also works with us, and she is growing tired of her flirting and remarks. After that, she wrote a long message saying she will not tolerate disrepect to her marriage, and said no harm no foul. Well today, I am being pulled into HR for Harrassment. She deleted everything but her response, Can they retaliate without proof.
