Hello, My manager is a good person but a couple months in within my promotion to supervisor she changed and wasnt as happy as she use to be (she is a hard worker).. one day she called me to her office and staryed to say that my associates i manage dont trust me an that they fear me?... which shocked me.. what i do is i delagate tasks and give them the freedom to exercise the tasks while keeping in mind their strengths.. basically my manager went and asked my associate how is your supervisor (me) and basically the associate said i give to much tasks (tasks are at minimal and the person is new).. so she accused me of being too much and a perfectionist.. Keep in mind that tasks are at minimal.. and have 6 to 8 hours to complete 2 things! (and still dont finish which leaves me to do it)... Recently called me in again and brought wrote me up for not doung my supervisor duties (shocked beyond belief) everyone knows at my work that i am one of the hardest workers and always do my supervisor duties.. I feel she is siding with what she heard from associates under me and claims they all complain?... i spoke to all of them.. they appreciate the freedom i give them to do tasks and great schedules i set them with and i am friendly.. we bound well with zero aggravation...
My manager makes things seem like i am the bad person.. all i do is positive to my associates and i work hard with high evaluation and respected as such..

She basically says i changed and that i am not the same which is actually the other way around.. when she wrote me up and i was in her office and she told me that i am neglecting my supervisor duties (never ever, i help everyone that needs) i told her i am shocked and that i dont agree. (I am frustrated that my work ethics were on the table).. basicially i work hard and do my duties just to hear my manager say that i dont and she dont believe me.. so i basically turn up my tone (not with anger or yelling but like emotionally worried that i am being treated wrong!)... so i think the 2nd time she called me in she treated me worse...
