Hello, I have intermittent FMLA for asthma. This has been approved since October 2017, with a recertification accepted in April. My Captain is demanding a Dr note for anyone who calls in during this holiday week. Do I need the Dr note? Or is my FMLA certification good? I feel like if I provide a note this time, she will demand one every time. I have never had to provide a Dr note for any other FMLA absence, even when I was under a different Captain. This Captainis very intimidating and intimidates people and tries hard to "get" people in trouble for write ups and terminations
