Hello. I have a friend who has been put on a PIP and they believe that after they signed the original plan the job is now trying to change the pip and make them sign again. Is this legal?
One of my coworkers was put on a PIP. One of the requirements in the PIP was for them to obtain a certain licence. The Job is now trying to change what they agreed upon and ask her to get a different licence.
