the purpose of this letter is due to many situations that arise while working. I was discriminated by employee who's in charge of the counselor department I was call "Fucking Haitian " I let slide on many occasions but thing has been escalated so therefore I'm writing to get this matter resolved I know it is unfair to treated in such manners due to my race Mr. Joshua continue to harass me till this day he went to Mr. Elepson to fabricates lies on me ,and the reason that these reports have not affected me getting fired is because when he reported these lies they are witnesses that say he's lying secondly I was threated by Mr. Jean he claimed that " he stab someone from Brazil before " and he has no problem to stab me. I reported the situation I follow the protocol and went to 2 manager ;s to report him Mr. Daniel says he will talk with him however; Mr. Gustavo reply that if I "don't agree for him to stab me do as I please" I believe my life is worth more than anything if he can sab someone in Dominican Republic and get away it. I don't want to be his next victim, furthermore they are not giving me a fix schedule in which I was hired with they are switching my time without my knowledge on e week they schedules me for 7:00 PM and next week for8:00 pm also they are fabricating lies on my personal worker survey when I ask for my survey they tell me " don't worry about it" and I have come to a conclusion that they are filling it out themselves and I feel if is time to voice out of the maltreatment that I face under my superiority this cannot continue lather me speak ....
